Marthetta Rotalola is a Jonian Being of the Jonian Empire, originating from the planet Rorkarth. She lives with her family in the high-class districts of her planet, and was granted several scholarships in her youth and schooling to go to the most renowned college on the planet. She went to school for physics, mathematics, and space travel, earning her piercings and being accepted into the Jonian Space Administration. Her parents both work within the Administration. Her mother is a calculations technician, and her father is a builder and mechanic for their ships. With her father being a mechanic, he passed along much of his skill to her as she was growing up.
Marthetta is a 6'4 female with long black hair with bangs and of light blue complexion. She has 4 piercings on her left ear and 5 on the right, signifying her scholarly achievements. She has a spit-fire personality, rebellious soul and a mind always yearning for knowledge and exploration of her curiosities. Her physique is thin and athletic. She has experience using hand-held firearms and hand-to-hand combat. Marthie is competitive on top of this and likes to challenge her fellow students, especially males, to duels or races. She is eager to please, but don't take this as as her being a kiss-ass, or pushover; she is independent and outspoken, not afraid to correct somebody or voice her point of view. She doesn't have much of a verbal filter and talks like a sailor, frankly.
She enjoys working on old, busted up ships and sells them to save money for her own children and future. She is very interested in the universe beyond her own planet. She likes the color green, rain, Wola (Jonian's version of coffee; they are naturally more immune to caffeine and need more to get the same effect as humans, so this drink is equivalent to about 20 cups of coffee) spending time with her family, learning, and flying ships.
Despite her hard and sometimes cold exterior, Marthetta is endlessly empathetic and compassionate. She will never walk past somebody in need, and will always try to help and comfort others, even if they are strangers. She often makes little trinkets and jewelry for her friends as well and will always put others' needs before her own. She is extremely close to her parents and young sisters.

The Jonians are a humanoid alien species that have conquered their planet and are in their blooming space-exploration era. They are generally 6-7 feet tall, with skin ranging from lavender, blue, and seafoam green, and their hair comes in variations of white, gray and black. Black is the rarest hair color among the species, gray uncommon and white the most common. Think of Jonians with black hair as red-haired Humans.
Rorkarth has a revolution time of 10 days, causing 5 Light Days and 5 Dark Nights for the Jonians. This caused them to evolve bigger eyes with pupils that can adjust to the light level; they don't have a colored iris. They also developed longer, pointed ears that can somewhat swivel. They have excellent eyesight and hearing. There are also a lot of spiritual beliefs ingrained in their culture surrounding their planet's sun cycle.
Rorkarth is a hot and humid planet with a thick atmosphere, which comes with a powerful greenhouse effect. Because of this, the Jonians quickly found a way to gather energy through "green" and environmentally-conscious means. Their planet, aside from their cities and outer settlements, remain untouched. The surface, composed of a single megacontinent called Jonia, is covered in 66% water, and jungles sweep the land with thick canopies and predators that are sinister in the Light Days, but the truly horrifying ones come out during the Dark Nights. This is why all settlements in Jonia have a secure wall around them to protect them from the beasts of the outside. Despite their technological advancements, their are still fragile lifeforms subject to their ecosystems, and food chain. The planet revolves around their star, Valenthar, once every 3.8 Earth-Years, approximately. Jonians live between 280-300 Rorkathian Revolutions, meaning they can live for over 1,000 Earth-Years. Their childhood and teenagehood last about as long as a Human's, and they don't start to become elderly until around age 250 Revolutions.
Jonian culture is quite military and ranks are very important and significant to one's identity, if they're a part of the military or any governmental organization. Jonian's signify their seniority through piercings on their ears. The more piercings, the locations, and color can mean a lot of different things. Piercing is something that must be approved by the High Council of Jonia and administered by a Star-Reader, a Jonian who is essentially a monk and lives in solitary. Jonians must travel and see Star-Readers to get their piercings, and they can only receive them during the planet's Dark Hours. The experience alone is treacherous, so piercings not only signify one's achievements, but ones trials, tribulations, and travels through their life.

I am always open to new plots with Marthetta, so please message me if you are interested in roleplaying with her! She is best suited for sci-fi, space, alien, and cyberpunk environments. I have several starter plots that can be discussed and expanded upon.

A2: Crash lands on your character's planet and encounters them and the challenges of being stranded

B: The Jonians are involved with other alien species, like trading and diplomacy, so lots of other empires and civilizations flock to Jonia's biggest cities. Marthetta lives in the high-class cities, so your character could encounter her at her college, in the city, or elsewhere. This could result in them being friends or foes depending on your character's intentions.

The plots are obviously not limited to these two and I am always open to plotting and brainstorming!
